Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
7-10 years of experience in IT service management or related roles, with 3-5 years in a leadership position
Deep understanding of IT service management frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL
Strong leadership and team management abilities
ITIL V4 Foundation certification required; ITIL V4 Specialist level desired
