Senior Manager U.S. Benefits
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, U.S. Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the U.S. benefits team and oversee the design and negotiation of benefits plans
Participate in the U.S. 401(k) Committee and manage the annual open enrollment cycle
Ensure compliance through audits and manage vendor relationships for benefits programs
Required Qualifications
BS or BA or equivalent experience/training in Human Resources, Business, or related field
10+ years of relevant benefits and staff management experience for a multi-state employer
Strong program and vendor management experience
Knowledge of regulatory landscape including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and COBRA
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRIS systems
