Senior Managing Counsel II, IT

A company is looking for a Senior Managing Counsel II, Digital & Information Technology (Remote). Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on digital and information technology initiatives, including cybersecurity and AI-related activities Negotiate and draft complex technology agreements and support IT contracting efforts Manage legal matters and coordinate with internal and external legal resources on IT-related issues Required Qualifications Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to IT, AI, and cybersecurity Proven experience in negotiating and drafting technology agreements Experience with cybersecurity matters and the ability to analyze complex legal issues Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar Minimum of 12 - 15 years of relevant legal experience, including in-house and transactional expertise
