A company is looking for a Condominium Project Underwriter for the West Coast. Key Responsibilities Partner and communicate with Sales and Ops teams, responding to inquiries daily Analyze project information to ensure compliance with Investor Guidelines Update project findings and conditions in relevant systems and obtain necessary project documents Required Qualifications and Experience 5+ years of Condo Project underwriting experience Experience with both Condo and Co-op Project Underwriting Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and VA guidelines Familiarity with CPM, CVAS, VA, FHAC, and PAR systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
