Senior Messaging Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Messaging Support Specialist to maintain and optimize Microsoft 365 messaging tools and provide support to end users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administration, monitoring, and technical support for Microsoft Exchange Online and related M365 messaging platforms
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint team sites and workflows
Resolve messaging-related incidents and provide user training and documentation
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
Strong understanding of SharePoint's architecture, features, and development capabilities
Proven experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Background in front-end and back-end development within the Microsoft ecosystem
Experience with PowerShell, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), or Power Automate preferred
