Patient Communications Specialist
A company is looking for a Patient Communications Representative responsible for customer service activities related to patient accounts receivables.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with patients to discuss repayment of medical debt and establish payment arrangements
Profile patients, update financial information, and resolve account-related issues
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of six months' experience in a call center environment preferred
PC experience in a Windows environment with basic keyboarding skills
Previous sales or customer service experience
Willingness to maintain continuing education and training in industry career development
