Senior Paid Search Manager
A company is looking for a Senior Paid Search Manager to lead and support their paid search team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, support, and training to the paid search team, mentoring junior members
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives
Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across multiple channels and oversee all aspects of paid search account management
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of paid marketing experience, with at least 2 years in an agency setting
1-2 years of experience managing or leading paid media teams
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
Proven ability to manage large-scale media budgets ($500K+ per month)
Experience with advanced conversion tracking and executive-level reporting
