Key Responsibilities
Set and execute the strategic vision for the partner referral channel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Manage relationships with partners, providing strategic advice to optimize their contributions to the business
Monitor and report on channel performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
8+ years of experience in partnership marketing, digital marketing, or channel management, with 5+ years in a leadership role
Proven success in managing a large-scale channel or partner program with accountability for revenue targets
Strong data analysis skills and experience with performance measurement tools like Google Analytics
Familiarity with affiliate marketing and co-marketing strategies is preferred
