Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst to support payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with multi-state payroll regulations
Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, troubleshooting issues as needed
Process employee benefits enrollments and changes, coordinating with benefit plan carriers and regulatory agencies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
Experience managing payroll and benefits in a multi-state environment
Experience with a PEO, preferably ADP
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local wage and hour laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
