Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of statistical analysis plans for large-scale real-world evidence studies Oversee and mentor junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality in their work Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic insights based on data findings Qualifications: 7-9 years of experience in RWD analytics, biostatistics, or epidemiology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven experience managing complex observational research projects in the life sciences sector Expertise in SAS programming and proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and other relevant programming languages Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Data Science, or a related field Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and experience with large healthcare datasets
