Key Responsibilities Oversee RPA development activities and enforce coding standards and best practices Lead the design, development, and deployment of Automation Anywhere A360 bots Collaborate with business process owners and IT teams to ensure effective automation solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of relevant IT experience in software development, process automation, or system integrations 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, specifically with Automation Anywhere Automation Anywhere certifications such as Certified Advanced RPA Professional or Master RPA Professional Experience with automation tools or programming/scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, VBScript)
