Senior Strategic Account Specialist
A company is looking for a Senior Strategic Account Specialist to manage relationships with strategic accounts and provide customer support. Key Responsibilities Understand and address the needs of Strategic Accounts through effective customer service Generate and customize reports, reconcile shipments, and maintain communication with customers Assist in onboarding new associates and provide analytical solutions and procedure documentation Required Qualifications Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word and Outlook Two or more years of related experience or a bachelor's degree; veterinary clinic experience is desirable Proven experience in a customer service role Ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate critical and analytical thinking Initiative to learn and participate in team projects
