Senior Workforce Optimization Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Workforce Optimization Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytics and reporting on Workforce Optimization initiatives and recommend new processes to enhance workforce value
Partner with operational areas to develop and deliver processes and methodologies for workforce accountability and measurement
Serve as a technical data prep analyst, supporting scheduled and ad hoc reporting focused on operational performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience required
1-3 years of experience in analytics reporting and information delivery strongly preferred
Experience federating data from disparate sources using automation is strongly preferred
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and T-SQL preferred
