ServiceNow Administrator (CSA Required)
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirements
Develop and manage workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports within ServiceNow
Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a requirement
At least 2-3 years of experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) is preferred
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices
