Services Partner Manager
A company is looking for a Services Partners Manager to drive partner success and manage relationships with service partners.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the partner strategy and enhance customer success
Identify, qualify, and onboard new service partners while ensuring compliance with partner program requirements
Manage Gold Tier partners to develop and implement partner plans focusing on enablement, marketing, and services engagement
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of experience in managing services/solutions partnerships within B2B SaaS platforms
Proven experience in enterprise partnerships and managing partner services engagement lifecycles
Ability to develop and deliver training on services sales execution and delivery methodologies
Experience in navigating complex partnerships and facilitating co-selling efforts
Technical familiarity with app building, integrations, and APIs
