A company is looking for a SOC Manager to lead their internal security operations team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Security Operations Center, including incident response and management Develop and maintain SOC processes, runbooks, and incident response playbooks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of security analysts, fostering a collaborative environment Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2+ years in a SOC or incident response leadership role Demonstrated expertise in security incident handling and leading technical response teams Solid understanding of SIEM, EDR, and other security technologies Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, or equivalent Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms and automation of security workflows
