Specialty Pharmacy Liaison
A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for specialty pharmacies and distributors, providing effective communication and support
Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated issues related to reimbursement and compliance
Analyze incoming data to recognize trends and ensure timely responses to outstanding issues
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or 6-8 years of relevant working experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service setting, preferably in a call center environment
Previous experience in the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or healthcare industry is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
