7+ years of progressive global HR experience, including leadership roles managing HR professionals
Experience supporting strategic and frontline teams in fast-paced environments
Deep expertise in performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management
Strong influencing skills and executive presence with a track record of driving change
Proven ability to build trust and foster inclusive workplaces through a data-informed approach
