Bilingual Trust and Safety Specialist
A company is looking for a Trust and Safety Incident Ops Senior Specialist (Bilingual).
Key Responsibilities
Independently assess and address trust and safety concerns via phone and email, focusing on user assistance and risk mitigation
Identify issues and trends while maintaining knowledge of the platform to resolve user concerns
Oversee payment and distribution of the Thumbtack Guarantee and assist in executing departmental OKRs and KPIs
Required Qualifications
Experience in advanced Customer Support, case management, or skilled mediation; Trust and Safety experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently
Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a strong sense of urgency
