A company is looking for a Senior Liability Claims Adjuster. Key Responsibilities Investigate and document claims involving liability exposures and litigation proceedings Conduct detailed policy/coverage reviews, manage reserves, and negotiate settlements on complex losses Provide technical expertise and support catastrophe response as needed Required Qualifications 7+ years of property and/or liability claims experience 3+ years of homeowners or commercial liability & litigation claim handling experience Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as required Complete understanding of Section II of a homeowner's policy Highly preferred candidates have 10+ years of multi-line claim handling experience
