A company is looking for a Director of Utilization Management for the Post-Acute Care Program. Key Responsibilities Oversee Utilization Management activities to ensure positive outcomes and compliance with standards Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement clinical and UM program initiatives Direct performance improvement activities and ensure staff training on new clinical initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in a healthcare field preferred Active RN licensure required with a minimum of 8 years of clinical experience Knowledge and experience with utilization management and accrediting agency standards Experience with program development and data analysis Advanced education and additional training in the applicable clinical field highly desired
