Key Responsibilities Lead FP&A processes, financial reporting, and cash flow management while providing insights to leadership Oversee G&A functions and manage the G&A budget to enhance operational efficiency Partner with the executive team to develop financial strategies and support fundraising efforts Qualifications 7+ years in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, including G&A oversight Background in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences, preferably precision medicine Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills; expertise in GAAP and tax regulations Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP
