Strategic HR Business Partner
A company is looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to align business strategy with people strategy and workforce plans
Develop and implement people plans to attract, engage, and retain necessary skills and capabilities
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR strategies and embed HR policies within the business
Required Qualifications
CIPD, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification with 5+ years of experience in a strategic HRBP or senior generalist role
Experience in a geographically dispersed organization
Strong business acumen and relationship management skills
Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and employment laws
Experience in a fast-paced, complex, global company
