Strategic HR Business Partner
A company is looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Owns the employee life cycle and employee experience for respective business units
Provides strategy and support to business leaders regarding people management and alignment with business strategy
Consults on People & Culture programs and initiatives, ensuring necessary human capital is available to execute business strategy
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
B.A./B.S. in Business, HR, or related discipline
5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner
Experience in at least two HR functional areas such as talent development and employee relations
Proven ability to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Demonstrated strong knowledge of HR practices and policies
