A company is looking for an Associate Analyst in Sub-Contract Management. Key Responsibilities Manage reports and maintain data accuracy related to subcontractors and financial interactions Act as the primary internal relationship manager for subcontractors and oversee onboarding processes Facilitate billing audits, resolve billing concerns, and ensure compliance with subcontractor contracts Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States 3+ years of experience in subcontractor/vendor coordination, accounting, or compliance support preferred Strong working knowledge of CPS, Unity, Field Check, Rtasq, Worker Activity, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience in data analysis, process documentation, and project tracking
