Key Responsibilities
Support and lead initiatives to evolve the Customer Success strategy
Build and optimize digital workflows to ensure timely completion of activities
Track and report on key performance indicators for digital initiatives
Required Qualifications
2-4+ years in SaaS Operations at a SaaS company
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, Gainsight, and Pendo
Hands-on experience with Digital Touch/Scale product growth
Familiarity with customer success processes and methodologies
