Key Responsibilities Own and drive the delivery of the client's real estate sustainability strategy, conducting assessments and designing comprehensive sustainability strategies Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Sustainability Program across the client's portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders Track, analyze, and report on sustainability metrics and ensure effective communication of program strategies and progress to all levels of staff Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Bachelor's degree in sustainability management, science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience (master's degree preferred) At least 10 years of relevant experience managing large-scale programs for Fortune 100 corporations At least 5 years of experience managing people and teams Expert understanding of relevant standards from The GHG Protocol, CDP, and TCFD Proven track record in sustainability program management in real estate, including strategic planning and project management
