Team Lead for Customer Services
A company is looking for a Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a safe work environment and model the company culture
Act as the first line of support for the Integrated Customer Services team and handle customer escalations
Monitor real-time performance, conduct quality assurance, and support day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or data entry
Experience operating a telephone system and processing data
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
