Team Lead for Insuring Department

A company is looking for an Insuring Team Lead to oversee the Insuring Team of Auditors and Insurers. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day tasks of the Insuring team and serve as the first level escalation point for team questions Provide employee development, performance coaching, and assist with onboarding and training Monitor team's performance metrics and ensure compliance with SLAs while suggesting process improvements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5 years' related work experience preferred 2+ years' experience in a Team Lead or supervisory role 2+ years' experience in an Underwriting or Processing role Proficient in FHA Connection, WebLGY, VA Funding Fee system, and USDA LINC
