Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of a task-driven team, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is upheld Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively based on urgency, team capacity, and impact Monitor workflows and adjust strategies as needed to meet daily and weekly goals Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume or deadline-driven environment Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams under pressure Strong organizational and decision-making skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and motivate others to do the same Proficiency with task management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Salesforce, etc.)
