Tech Alliance Partner Operations Manager
A company is looking for a Tech Alliance Partner Operations Manager to join their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day partner operations and performance metrics for Technology Alliances
Manage the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) toolset and partner portal, ensuring continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize processes for partner engagement and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
B.Sc. or equivalent educational background preferred
4+ years of experience in channel and alliance partner sales operations
A minimum of 4 years' experience in strategy development or partnership management in the technology industry
4+ years of experience with Salesforce.com, including report and dashboard creation
3 years' experience with PRM tools and in-depth knowledge of SFDC best practices
