Technical Account Solutions Analyst
A company is looking for a Solutions Analyst (Technical Account Management).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop an in-depth understanding of the product and processes to identify trends affecting functionality and user satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues through various communication channels
Work cross-functionally to manage escalations and document user problems to prevent re-occurrence
Required Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Information Technology or related field, with 1-2 years of SaaS support experience
Aptitude for data analysis and interpretation or Quality Assurance experience
Experience supporting APIs, Oauth, OpenID, SOAP, REST, JavaScript, SQL, HL7, and XML
1-2 years RDBMS experience, preferably with SQL Server
Familiarity with ITIL principles is a plus
