Technical Customer Engineer
A company is looking for a Customer Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer engineering activities including technical discovery, RFP responses, and architectural guidance
Serve as the architect for the prospect's technical evaluation and deliver on revenue plans for Fortune 500 companies
Design and conduct comprehensive technical sessions and solution demonstrations to showcase BrowserStack's value proposition
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of Technical Pre-Sales / Sales engineering experience in the B2B SaaS space
B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript, and various development tools
Disciplined self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment
