A company is looking for a Technical Data Steward (Full remote). Key Responsibilities: Establish and enforce technical standards and policies for data quality, metadata management, security, and compliance Create and maintain a unified metadata repository and implement data lineage frameworks for transparency and traceability Implement tools for monitoring data assets and develop dashboards to track data quality metrics and system performance Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or related technical roles Proficiency in SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Talend), and data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation) Understanding of data governance principles and data privacy regulations Preferred certifications include Data Management Certification (e.g., CDMP) and Data Governance Certification
