Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud)
A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator (Service Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Service Cloud and manage the Vonage telephony system
Oversee user and license management, including setup, roles, permissions, and Salesforce configuration changes
Gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and manage data quality while providing user support and training
Required Qualifications
Certified Salesforce Administrator with additional certifications preferred
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, particularly with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and experience with HIPAA/PHI cloud data handling
Experience in change management and governance
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
