A company is looking for a Technical Learning Specialist to enhance the skills of their support team in addressing complex technical customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute learning programs for Support Specialists to manage technical customer inquiries
Develop training materials, including presentations, documentation, and interactive modules
Assess training needs and analyze effectiveness through performance metrics
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a technical support or training role
Experience in authoring and delivering training on technical or SaaS products
Ability to manage and prioritize complex projects
Experience in fast-paced support environments is a plus
Exposure to working on a global scale is beneficial
