Technical Service Representative
A company is looking for a Technical Service Representative to provide customer service and technical support to dealers and service centers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage high volume of inbound calls related to warranty concerns, troubleshooting, and product specifications
Provide guidance on repairing bath products and installing accessories
Serve as escalated level 2 Technical Support and process repair parts orders
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years' experience in a product-based customer support role, preferably in the bath, spa, pool, plumbing, or electrical industry
Working knowledge of mechanical components and electrical troubleshooting
Trade School or Associate Degree preferred
Proficient in Windows-based computer applications
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
