A company is looking for a temporary Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing, attracting, and screening candidates for various positions
Creating and posting job positions on multiple platforms, including social media
Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Team to manage workloads and open job requisitions
Required Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of recruiting experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Beginning to intermediate knowledge of applicant tracking software (ATS), preferably iCIMS
Experience in a corporate environment
Proficient experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media campaigns
