Texas Licensed Credit Specialist

A company is looking for a Credit A/R Specialist I. Key Responsibilities Research and resolve credit balance accounts from payment posting, charge entry, and overpayments Analyze payer underpayments, variances, and denials Follow up with payers to initiate refunds or recoupments for overpayments Required Qualifications High school diploma and two years of experience in insurance collections or payment posting At least six months of experience with appeals and managed care contracts preferred Ability to use standard office machines and basic computer software applications Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
