A company is looking for a Manager Occupational Claims to lead a team in investigating and managing complex Non-Subscriber/Occupational Accident claims. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with statutes, regulations, and company policies in claims handling Oversee the investigation and evaluation of claims, including catastrophic damages Review and formulate action plans based on reports from adjusters and appraisers Required Qualifications: 10+ years of claims experience or equivalent education and experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Knowledge or experience in Texas Non-Subscriber or Occupational Accident claims Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory
