Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and manage renewal and expiration lists for client policies Process quotes, generate auto ID cards, and handle policy changes and report management Maintain relationships with carrier underwriters and manage electronic and paper files Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a similar position Prior insurance experience required; AMS360 knowledge is a plus General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license required Professional and approachable demeanor with a positive attitude Team-oriented mindset
