Texas Licensed Transaction Manager

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of properties for a national and/or global occupier services client. Key Responsibilities Oversee transaction management, including LOI and lease negotiations, and ensure quality service delivery Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize portfolio strategies and manage documentation flow Lead strategic planning efforts, identify cost-saving strategies, and prepare financial analyses for client presentations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; finance or real estate preferred 5+ years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate Experience with complex transaction management and contract compliance Ability to interpret commercial real estate transaction documents Strong financial analysis skills
