Tier 2 Help Desk Engineer
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Help Desk Customer Service Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve application issues, document findings, and escalate as necessary
Participate in daily operational calls to discuss high-profile issues and updates
Maintain and correct user accounts and roles in the Talent Management System (TMS)
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Technology, MIS, or a related field, or 5 years of experience
5+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
Working knowledge of web-based applications and SQL
Experience with enterprise-level applications and Learning Management Systems
Specialized training in system configuration and ITIL experience
