Total Rewards Associate
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Associate responsible for coordinating and administering benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day operations of retirement plans, leaves, disability, and life insurance programs
Partner with external plan administrators to ensure accurate processing of benefit transactions and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while providing support to HR and associates
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a business-related field with one year of relevant experience preferred
High level of confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
Strong technical skills with experience in HR information systems (Workday preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
