Total Rewards Specialist
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to oversee payroll and benefits functions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process semimonthly payroll for over 200 employees, ensuring compliance with payroll laws
Manage employee benefits programs and respond to inquiries regarding enrollments and status changes
Support HR Metrics & Reporting and assist with compliance reporting and salary benchmarking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in HR Generalist, Benefits Specialist, Total Rewards Specialist, or similar roles
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and employee benefits laws
Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll processing software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
