Key Responsibilities

Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy in HR systems

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in human resources or people operations
2+ years of experience using Rippling as an administrator
Hands-on experience with Total Rewards, including compensation and health benefits
Strong understanding of people policies, procedures, and labor laws
Experience in a corporate environment with 100 to 300 employees
