A company is looking for a Transportation Logistics Coordinator responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and carrier support. Key Responsibilities Manage member inquiries and troubleshoot pick-up/delivery issues Assign and monitor transportation orders while enforcing delivery timelines Document and track transportation inquiries and resolutions within company systems Required Qualifications Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Experience in the auto transport/dispatch industry Computer proficiency and experience with CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team Willingness to occasionally meet/work in person at a facility
