A company is looking for a Travel Support Specialist who will manage inquiries and provide ticketing support for travel advisors. Key Responsibilities Support inquiries related to GDS Sabre and provide overall customer service Research and troubleshoot service desk questions while managing ticket queries Assist advisors with ticketing and serve as backup for Advisor Support Coverage desk Required Qualifications Proficient in Sabre with 5 years of experience Experience with multiple GDS platforms, preferably Travelport Plus Deep knowledge of Sabre formats and the international reservation process Able to handle difficult situations with minimal guidance Flexible hours are required for this position
