Triage Registered Nurse - MN Licensed

A company is looking for a Triage Registered Nurse (RN). Key Responsibilities Receives calls related to patient care and instructs patients/caregivers on appropriate interventions Assesses options for interventions and determines the need for nursing visits based on EMR and calls Communicates with physicians and the interdisciplinary group to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting and home care experience preferred Possess or obtain an RN license for the states served or a compact license Bachelor's degree preferred, with one year of hospice care experience preferred Management experience is not required
