VP of Payer Pricing
A company is looking for a VP, Payer Pricing & Economics.
Key Responsibilities
Own pricing and cost strategy across benefit drugs, including acquisition cost optimization and rebate structures
Lead negotiation and management of manufacturer rebate agreements and contracts with pharmacy partners
Monitor pricing trends and market dynamics to inform strategic planning and pricing decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of experience in PBM, pharmacy network contracting, or pharmaceutical pricing
Proven track record of successful contract negotiation with pharmacy networks and manufacturers
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare regulations
