Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop the people operations team to achieve scalability
Lead the design and implementation of a total rewards strategy aligned with business objectives
Oversee the effectiveness of compensation and benefits plans and monitor market trends
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience scaling People teams in a fast-growing organization
5+ years of experience leading teams in rewards, compensation, and benefits
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Gusto, with end-to-end implementation experience
Strong project management skills with a focus on timely delivery and change management
Proven leadership in setting strategic direction and driving operational excellence
