A company is looking for a Wellness Coach to interact with members and promote wellness. Key Responsibilities Connect with members to develop and support health care, addressing barriers and solutions Establish trusting relationships with members and caregivers to guide access to resources Collect and document member information accurately in the Employee Health Record (EHR) system Required Qualifications Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience with certification 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably with chronic diseases or behavioral health needs Preferred experience in managed care, physician office, or account management Experience working with Medicare and Medicaid is preferred Previous experience in a metrics-driven environment is preferred
